Toilet problems

A toilet that refills on its own, trickles into the bowl, or keeps running after a flush is telling you something. Start by looking inside the tank and matching the symptom to the right part. These checks explain the difference between a leaking flush seal and a fill valve that will not shut off, help you avoid buying the wrong replacement, and show when a small repair needs a plumber. Water on the floor needs prompt attention too.
